Returns & refunds
We want you to love your Sochil. If something isn’t right, returns are simple. Here’s exactly how they work.
You have 30 days
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Once 30 days have passed, the order is no longer eligible for a return or refund, so please reach out before the window closes.
Condition
Items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We can’t accept returns that show signs of use or are missing parts of the packaging.
How to start a return
Email our support address with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a return address and instructions.
When you get your money back
Once we’ve received and checked the returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. It goes back to your original payment method automatically. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away and we’ll make it right, no need to wait for a return.
